Paula is a Financial Planner with Stearns Financial Group. She joined the firm in 2015, and derives incredible satisfaction in being integral to a client’s achievement of his or her best outcome. Paula applies her analytical and consultative skills to devise customized strategies for reaching clients’ personal and financial goals.
Paula’s professional experience includes time at one of the four largest global accounting firms, at a top regional accounting firm, consulting with executives within Fortune 100 clients, (internationally, through engagements on four continents), requiring creative solutions and coaching for a discriminating clientele. Paula enjoys tackling challenges and employing ingenuity in complex situations.
Paula is committed to continuous professional education. She became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1995. She attained her Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) credential in 2014. She is currently enrolled in classes to enable her to take the Certified Financial Planner exam in November 2016.

I particularly enjoy studying and comparing real estate opportunities to similar and disparate investments. From being in a family heavily involved in real estate for generations to being married to a general contractor, I find the risks and rewards of real estate investing fascinating.
