Greensboro Symphony/Tanger Outlet Pops Concert

Dave Bennett: From the King of Swing to Rock and Roll
Spend Valentine’s Day with the GSO and the extraordinary Dave Bennett and relish the eras from Swing to Rock ‘n’ Roll. A clarinet virtuoso, Dave has plenty more up his sleeve as he thrills the audience with sounds like Sing, Sing, Sing and Blue Suede Shoes. Be wowed with the music of the legendary Benny Goodman, Count Basie and more — in one night! This event is co-sponsored by SFG and Our State magazine. http://greensborosymphony.org/season/pops/68-dave-bennett/event_details?date=2017-02-14-20-00#.V73kc_9TEdU

SFG Participates in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s

For the third consecutive year SFG will field a team to participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Our team goal is $4,000. Visit our Team Page (see the link below) if you’d like to join our team and walk with us, or contribute towards our fundraising efforts.
Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer’s and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.
